Company Honors DirectBuy of Baltimore North

Direct of Baltimore North was named the Top Customer Service Rating Center in the entire network of over 140 DirectBuy franchises across North America. This ranking is based on an annual survey done by the Shapiro Group, who sampled members and asked for their perceptions of their center’s performance in several key areas.

Tom and Irene Aliotta and Tom Aliotta II opened DirectBuy of Baltimore North in January of 2005.

 On 12/17/04 we lost everything we owned to a house fire. We joined DirectBuy in early 2006 realizing that we had to replace everything. With the help of the staff we have been able to replace almost everything with a much better product and at a price comparable or less than the original. To date we have saved at least $21,500.
